In 2015, the Calella City Council commissioned Gestvia to construct the new "La Muntanyeta" impound lot, replacing the previous municipal lot located at the Fàbrica Llobet-Guri. This is a space for equipment, on the sports track, with direct access from the road to the sports area.

This impound lot is managed by the Gestió Viària S.L. municipal company as part of its municipal towing service, and has a surface area of 1,000 m2 (with an additional 800 m2 as a paved area that provides room for vehicle access and maneuvering).

Like the towing service, the lot is managed by the Calella local police.

Since June 2016, a collaboration agreement between the municipalities of Calella and Sant Pol de Mar allows vehicles impounded by the Sant Pol de Mar towing service to be taken to the lot.
